At AP Collection, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted in strictly limited quantities using carefully selected premium fabrics. Our collections are intentionally exclusive, ensuring that each piece remains as unique as the woman who wears it.

To preserve the exclusivity of our collections and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, all purchases are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Colour or style preference
  • Orders placed by mistake

To help you choose the correct size, we provide a detailed Size Guide for every product. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the size chart, product descriptions, and images before placing an order.

If you require assistance selecting the appropriate size, our team will be happy to assist you before your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every AP Collection garment undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our studio.

If you receive an item that:

  • Arrives with a manufacturing or quality defect, or
  • Differs from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Clear photographs of the garment and its original packaging

After reviewing your claim, if we determine that the issue occurred prior to shipment, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)
  • A repair where appropriate
  • A full refund if a replacement cannot be provided

Conditions

Claims cannot be accepted if:

  • The garment has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The issue results from improper handling or normal wear.
  • The claim is submitted more than 24 hours after the package has been delivered.
